Free trial
14 days with every feature, no credit card needed. When it ends without a subscription, the workspace becomes read only; nothing is deleted automatically.
Billing
You pay in advance for the billing period you choose, in US dollars, through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Prices exclude tax: the applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout, depending on where you are. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and never reach us.
Automatic renewal
Every subscription renews automatically at the end of its billing period, for the same period: Paddle charges the saved payment method the same price plus applicable tax, until you cancel. The Billing page always shows the next renewal date.
Changing the billing period
A change takes effect immediately. Paddle charges the prorated difference straight away, or credits it against future payments when the new period costs less, and the new billing period starts from the change.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the Billing page; automatic renewal stops and the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The workspace then becomes read only, and an owner can export the data or ask for the workspace to be deleted. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period; see the refund policy.
If a payment fails
Everything keeps working for 14 days while Paddle retries the payment. After that the workspace becomes read only and no emails are sent from it until the subscription is active again.
