Step 1
Requests arrive in one inbox
Customer emails reach your workspace through its own forwarding address and are grouped into conversations, linked to the customer and contact.
Step 2
The request is read for you
Part numbers and quantities are taken from the email text, tables and text based PDF attachments. Every value is checked against the email, and anything uncertain is flagged instead of guessed.
Step 3
Parts are matched and priced from your data
Lines are matched to your catalog by SKU, manufacturer part number or a customer's own part number, then priced from your price breaks and contract prices, with stock and its age shown.
Step 4
A manager approves, then it is sent
The quote PDF and the reply are approved by an owner or manager before anything leaves, and the email is sent from your own Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox.
Step 5
Follow ups that know when to stop
Polite follow ups after 3, 7 and 14 days (your choice), each approved first, stopped when the customer replies or the quote is won, lost or expires.
